  • Digital art comic page. First panel: an adult woman crouches down and pats a little girl on the head. The little girl still sniffs a bit. There's an icelandic shoreline scene behind them. The woman says to the girl: "went a little too fast, didn't you my little skjaldmær? That's alright, we all make mistakes. I actually have a little surprise for you." Second panel: A hand holds out a thor's hammer necklace. The woman says: "It's your birthday after all. And I think this will be perfect for you. Third panel: The woman adorns the girl's neck with the thor's hammer necklace. The girl looks up and doesn't seem so sad anymore. The woman says with calm expression on her face: "May lightning hold all evil away from Sif. May Thor protect her with his hammer, which came out of the sea. The gods are under her and over her." Fourth panel: The woman hugs the little girl and says: "Ég mun alltaf elska þig, dóttir mín" (I will always love you, my daughter). The woman's facial features begin to fade. Fifth and sixth panel: The woman vanishes into a spectral mist and someone calls out to the little girl: "Sif, Sif, Sif?". It turns out she was dreaming and she's lying on a bed wrapped in bandages. Her eye is black and her face has multiple scars on it.

  • Digital art comic page. Panels one and two: Sif opens her eyes a little and sees the figure of a worried Roxie. Roxie asks: "Can you hear me?". Panel two and three: Sif grits her teeth as tears are running down her face. She is laying on the bed, injured and in bandages. Roxie says in a worried tone: "You were sobbing in your sleep. So I wanted to come and check on you. Sorry if I woke you up." Sif checks her collarbone-area and notices that her necklace is gone. Panel four: Sif gasps with tears running down her face. Her right eye is heavily bruised and swollen shut. Panel five: "Where is it?!"- Sif asks with a shocked expression, grasping at her blanket. Roxie asks back: "What do you mean?". Sif clarifies: "My necklace-". Panel six: Sif tries to sit up but it's really difficult for her due to her injuries. Her face has a pained expression. She tries to defiantly say: "I need to get it back- URGH". She cannot move due to high pain. Roxie protests gently, raising her arm a bit in disagreement: "Whoa, whoa whoa. Take it easy mulher. You're not gonna go after anything in that condition". In the background there's a closet and some band posters on the wall.

  • Digital art comic. Sif, who is laying in bed injured, questions Roxie's motivations to save her. Roxie mocks Sif in an endearing way and asks her to give her a chance.   • First panel: Sif sits on the bed wrapped in bandages. She looks at Roxie defiantly and says: "If you're thinking about trying anything stupid, know that I am the daughter of the Northern Hawks' chieftain. We rule a significant amount of South NC and we're not known of our mercy. If something happens to me and you're to blame, they won't hesitate to show you what a blood eagle is. Just wanted to let you know. Second panel: Roxie raises an eybrow and smiles coyly. She says: "Sounds like a nasty bird. But you'll have my word your highness. No funny business." Sif quickly says in a tired voice: "Don't call me that...". Roxie answers: "Fine fine! I'm just joking". Third panel: Roxie opens the door and looks over her shoulder in a friendly way: "I'm going back to sleep. Got to work tomorrow. Food and water is in the fridge." Fourth panel: Sif looks to the side with a grumpy expression. Roxie says: "Stay as long as you like" before she closes the door behind her. Fifth panel: Sif sheds tears and her face goes into a mournful frown.

The sun shines in front of them as they're holding hands as mother and daughter. The text boxes say: "Night City, with all of its faults and pitfalls still housed the occasional kind soul. The screamsheets didn't sing their praise, nor the powers-that-be. Not unless those powers-that-be had something to gain from it. In this mechanized world full of overworked, abused and frightened people, some humanity managed to sprout through the cracks of blood-soaked concrete.

It's windows and balconies show varied levels of decay and presence of living. A sound of an alarm clock beeping is potrayed throughout the comic. Third, fourth and last panel: The digital alarm clock keeps beeping louder until it gets unbearably annoying. A hand clicks the alarm shut and the alarm clock starts a radio broadcast: "Howdy howdy heay choombattas! Good morning to ya! Hope you didn't catch a bullet last night because we got quite an impressive body lotto number today!". Roxie yawns and stretches on the couch she's been sleeping on. A gentle ray of sun illuminates her face.

  • Digital art comic: The comic depicts a groggy Roxie hobbling towards a bathroom where she squeezes the last of her toothpaste and brushes her teeth while half asleep. The radio on the background blasts: "How impressive you might ask?! Nine flatlines in Little Italy, six in Upper East Side, four in Lake Park and whopping thirteen in South-NC! Now... This might sound like a cookie-cutter amount on a friday night, but we've never gotten this kind of a rampage on a sunday evening before! Some speculate that the high-ass body count is due to the ever increasing presence of gangs like the slaughterhouse and the blood razors in these areas, but if you ask me, I think the it was the corpos wo dun' did it. There! I said it! Try to stop me! And speaking of corpo suits and their little businessess, there was an interesting story my buddy in Net54 told me about. What's that you ask?
